| UPDATE | Fatal accident in Claymont is under investigation Delaware State Police are investigating a fatal motor vehicle accident on Harvey Road between Grant and Madison Avenues. At approximately 2:33 p.m. a 75-year-old Clayton man suffered a medical incident before driving off the road heading westbound and struck a utility pole, said State Police.
